Chris integrates Positive Psychology into the daily practice of athletes, coaches and teams.  

Positive Psychology is cognitive training. Specifically Chris focuses on teaching people how to build new mental structures and processes and solidify them into habit. He helps people and teams who know what they want to do, but are stuck on actually implementing change.
